Pay Deposit

Send the advance booking deposit via your preferred payment method to secure your place.

Receive Confirmation

We confirm your booking within 24–48 hours by email with all arrival details and schedule.

  • A 30% advance deposit is required to confirm your booking.
  • Remaining balance is due 3 days before arrival (for retreats).
  • For monthly classes, full payment is due before batch start.

Additional Notes
  • In case of medical emergencies, we will transfer your deposit to a future date with valid documentation.
  • No-shows (arriving without cancellation notice) are treated as within 7 days — no refund applies.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a program due to insufficient bookings (minimum 3 participants). Full refunds are issued in this case.
  • Reschedules (date changes) are accepted up to 7 days before start at no charge — subject to availability.
